If you put anything too hard in the SC you're gonna fry the ESC or the motor or both. This is a slow truck and not as fast as the buggy. But that's the whole point too. Should be fun and goofy.

Again, I have a question. Anybody knows if the Velineon motor from the VXL-3s waterproof COMBO is legal or illegal? Some sources seem to suggest it's a 10T or a 10.5T 3500kv. Is that correct and thus makes this motor non-legit for 13.5T racing? Just want to be sure.

Richie,  I just checked Traxxas website, your motor is rated for 10T meaning it is ILLEGAL for our races.  It looks like the esc will also run sensored motors though, so just get a 13.5T motor and you're good to go.
